The treatment goal is to support and strengthen the relationship between a child who has experienced trauma, and his or her caregiver, and improving the child’s emotional, behavioral, social and cognitive functioning. The program serves children ages zero to five.
Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-C BT) is a treatment approach addressing the unique needs of children with PTSD symptoms, depression, behavior problems, and other difficulties related to traumatic life experiences.
