Everyone has their own unique life experiences and challenges, and yet we all have the shared needs of support, compassion, and the ability to make meaning in our lives. Sometimes we need the help of a trained professional to get those needs met. You decide your goals, and we work together to achieve them.

I use a strength-based and solution-focused approach to help people recognize they have the ability to overcome whatever challenges they might be facing. My role is to educate and empower so that my clients are able to make changes to create the life they want. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions, including those from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness to create an individualized plan so that you can change your behaviors and your patterns of thinking.

I now only co-facilitate Anti-Violence groups and occasionally offer my expertise in domestic violence for consultation.
