My name is Heidi Rozek. I received my Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2021. I have experience working with adults, families, adolescents, and children, and I often work with children and adolescents struggling with various mental health concerns.
I believe that everyone has the ability within themselves to change and make meaning in their life. Creating meaning and making changes can be difficult work, and I believe that a therapeutic relationship is the foundation of successful therapy. I have utilized multiple therapeutic interventions including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I come from a strengths-based, person-centered, culturally sensitive perspective.
I would be honored to collaboratively work with you on your unique journey towards wellness, insight, and meaning. Together we will create an individualized plan in order to help you accomplish your goals.
