My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, honest, and practical, with space for humor when it feels supportive. I believe our past can inform who we are, but it does not have to define where we go next. I work from the belief that every person has strengths worth recognizing and building upon, and that healing can take many meaningful forms.
My work is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, strengths-based and solution-focused practices, mindfulness, and body-centered approaches. I tailor these tools to each person’s needs in a way that is grounded, compassionate, and practical.
