I believe in collaborative and relational therapy, and I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. During my time as a therapist, I have been able to work with people through major life transitions, career changes, a pandemic, and trauma processing. Mindfulness is a major part of my practice, both personally and professionally, and I often work with clients to find ways to integrate mindful practices in their relationships with themselves as well as others.
I primarily work on interpersonal process therapy and enjoy being in the here and now, but I also integrate interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy Interventions, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I welcome all people and types of relationships and sexuality into the therapy room. I am poly friendly.
