I have experience working with children, teenagers, young adults, adults, couples, and families experiencing life transitions and adjustments, interpersonal conflict, relationship concerns, symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and other mental health concerns.
I believe in therapy being a place where one can determine their own goals and find support and guidance along the way. I use an approach that validates hardships, past experiences, and trauma, while also emphasizing resilience and ability to create change and meaning.
Some of the styles and modalities I utilize in therapy are Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, conflict resolution skills, and mindfulness practices. I acknowledge the impact of identities and environments on experiences, and I aim to create a space where one can share openly.
I hope that our time together will lead to an increase of skills, reduction of symptoms, and increased confidence that will follow you past our conclusion of therapy together.
