Hi, I'm Nicky. I'm a Social Worker and Youth Advocate & Care Coordinator who works alongside youth and families as they navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward the life they want for themselves. My role includes care coordination, advocacy, skills development, and supporting families in accessing the resources and services that fit their goals.

I believe that mental health and wellbeing are shaped not only by individual experiences but also by the environments, relationships, and cultural contexts in which we live. As such, I see people as the experts on their own lives, and my job is to listen, collaborate, and help remove barriers when I can. I value humor, authenticity, and creating space for people to show up as themselves.

I take a systems perspective and am always mindful of how culture, relationships, and environment shape our experiences. Above all, I feel honored to work with families and continually humbled by the resilience and courage I see in the people I serve every day.
